Caring Counseling, Centered on You
We believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation, not a clinical checklist. That’s why we listen first, speak second, and shape every session around what matters most to you.
Together, we’ll turn confusion into clarity—one practical step at a time. Whether you’re managing stress, healing from loss, or simply craving a safe space to talk, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.

Counseling Services
Individual Counseling
50 minutes sessions. Individual counseling provides a space where you can show up as you are—without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s been going on, gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Teen Counseling
50 minute sessions. Teen counseling provides a supportive space for adolescents to process emotions, navigate challenges, and build confidence during a time of significant growth and change. Many teens are dealing with anxiety, stress, identity questions, social pressures, or family dynamics—and may not always have the words or tools to express what they’re experiencing.
In sessions, teens are met with respect, understanding, and age-appropriate support. The goal is to help them better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more equipped to navigate both internal and external pressures.
Child Counseling
50 minute sessions. Child counseling offers a safe and engaging space for children to express themselves, often through play, creativity, and conversation. Children may not always be able to verbalize what they are feeling, so sessions are tailored to meet them at their developmental level.
Common concerns include anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, family transitions, and school-related stress. Parents are supported as an important part of the process, with guidance and tools to help reinforce growth outside of sessions.
Couples Counseling
75 minute sessions. Couples counseling provides a space to slow down, be heard, and begin rebuilding connection. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns of conflict, struggling with communication, or simply feeling distant from one another, therapy can help you better understand each other and create healthier ways of relating.
Together, we’ll work to improve communication, increase emotional awareness, and strengthen the foundation of your relationship—so you can move forward with greater clarity, respect, and connection.
EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
50 Minute Sessions. EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. Rather than focusing solely on talking through the past, EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they feel less overwhelming and no longer interfere with daily life.
During an EMDR session, you’ll be gently guided to recall specific memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements or tapping). This process helps your brain “unstick” distressing experiences and allows them to be stored in a healthier, more adaptive way.
EMDR is commonly used to treat trauma and PTSD, but it can also help with anxiety, depression, grief, and negative self-beliefs. Many clients find that EMDR leads to meaningful relief in a shorter amount of time compared to traditional talk therapy.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an approach that combines therapeutic support with the use of ketamine, in collaboration with a licensed medical provider, to help clients access deeper insight and shift patterns that may feel difficult to change through traditional therapy alone.
The process includes preparation sessions, a guided KAP experience, and integration sessions to help make meaning of the experience and apply insights to daily life. KAP can support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and feeling “stuck” in long-standing patterns.
This approach is always structured, intentional, and supported—creating a safe environment for exploration, healing, and meaningful change.
Sessions are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Brooke Skypala LPC-Associate. Additional appointments may be available on select Fridays with Belinda Warren-Dalepena, LPC-S, as well as Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
