Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, but it’s also one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. I’m honored you’re here.
I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can show up as you are—without judgment. My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult seasons, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, including sexual abuse, grief, and complex emotional wounds, and I am trained in EMDR therapy to help clients process and heal at a deeper level. I also work with concerns such as addiction, eating disorders, body image, anger management, OCD, bipolar and mood disorders, self-harm, impulse control, and stress-related challenges.
In addition, I support clients navigating family conflict, divorce, infidelity, and relationship issues, as well as those exploring identity, spirituality, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I have a heart for serving individuals facing significant life and health challenges, including cancer, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and veterans adjusting to civilian life.
My approach is collaborative and personalized—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we’ll work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Reaching out takes courage, and that courage is already part of your healing. When you're ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
Evening, virtual, weekend, and mobile counseling appointments are available to meet you where you are.

You don’t have to navigate this season alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next step, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and begin moving forward with support.
I work with children, teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences. Many feel exhausted from trying to “figure it out” on their own—and together, we begin to make sense of what’s going on and build practical tools for change.
Many of the patterns that feel like obstacles—anxiety, self-doubt, disconnection—are actually protective responses that once served a purpose.
Therapy becomes a space to gently explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
From there, change becomes less about forcing and more about aligning—choosing responses that reflect who you want to be and how you want to live.
I am also a certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) therapist through Journey Clinical and offer preparation and integration support for clients exploring this approach.
As you learn to understand and relate to yourself differently, you begin to access a more grounded and compassionate part of yourself—the part that isn’t driven by fear, but by clarity and intention.
I hold a Master of Education from West Texas A&M University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) in Texas under the supervision of Belinda Warren-Dalepena, LPC-S.
